Residential, Commercial, Leasing, Buyer Representation, and Seller Representation, I've done it all. I'm currently studying for my CCIM designation and ran the highest producing team of agents in the Keller Williams Kalispell Office for 2016. I recently decided to shift into eXp Realty, the first cloud-based brokerage in Montana and am currently working toward my Broker license.
Originally licensed in Idaho back in 2005, I worked primarily with new home buyers for the first few years of my career until around 2008. I shifted focus as the recession set in and worked for sellers listing & negotiating short sales as well as REO properties for banks. By 2010, I shifted focus to working with real estate investors as buyer clients. It was also during this time I began working with luxury properties. Many agents will tell you that successfully listing and selling luxury properties is different than "regular real estate". I've found the biggest difference is in the agent themselves. Luxury property takes patience, perseverance, attention to detail, a clearly outlined marketing plan, and the ability to setup clear, honest expectations from the start with the client. There are a few marketing twists necessary, but I'll save those for another time.
By 2013, I decided to take a year off from real estate and moved my family down to Costa Rica for most of the year. This was a life-changing experience none of us will forget. We returned home to Kalispell in December and it's true what they say, "You don't know what you've got till it's gone," the Flathead Valley just felt like home.
My wife and I have two children, William & Abigail. My wife is Co-Owner of Loft Real Estate LLC as well as our Lead Buyers Specialist for the team.
I'm straightforward and logical when it comes to what it will take to sell your property. I tell it like I see it, and because of this I get results. Loft's listings sell in less time for more money than our clients usually expect. There is a saying in life, "You get what you pay for". I have found in real estate this is doubly true.
